NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP)
Put simply, NLP is tools & techniques to help you understand how your mind operates and why it thinks the way it does.
It’s like going to a hardware store (your mind) and getting the tools (the techniques) to get the job done (improve one's self-awareness, confidence, communications skills and social actions etc)
TIMELINE THERAPY
Timeline Therapy works with one's unconscious mind in a number of ways to heal emotional traumas and eliminate unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviours in minutes rather than days, months or years.
LIFE COACHING
Life coaching is when you have a 360 degree look at your life and identify areas that you would like to work on. It will help you understand yourself more, set clear goals and have someone to keep you accountable so you don’t go back to your old habits or self sabotage.
WELLNESS COACHING
